Pilot Training
Neil Armstrong says that “Pilots take no special joy in walking. Pilots like flying”. Yes they indeed rule the sky.
There are two types of pilot training, Helicopter and Professional Training. With Helicopter being one of the most versatile training courses it holds more scope in the coming days. The demand of the helicopter pilots has thus increased considerably.
The Professional pilot program is about converting a trainee to become a pilot of any professional aircraft. All aspiring commercial pilot has to make sure that they go through this professional pilot training.
Knowledge of flying an aircraft is not enough. Both theoretical and academic subjects are equally must for any professional pilot.
One has to be medically fit to undergo the training. So a medical certificate has to be obtained. A bank guarantee for the specified amount is a must along with a security clearance, to get going.
To get the student’s pilot license, more known as SPL, one will have to undergo a medical test to ensure their fitness. Getting this license is the stepping stone for any one to proceed further and get their Private Pilot License to get trained, so as to reach their ultimate destination.
A pilot need not have to watch for any cats or dogs running across or any children or ladies crossing the road nor there would be any road signs to look out for. So obviously it is considerably less fatiguing for a pilot than what a four wheel driver experiences.
Be it a helicopter or a commercial aircraft, one has to be in the shoes of a pilot to get the heavenly feeling of flying high in the early mornings. The decision of becoming a pilot may be one of the many major decisions of life time but surely a decision that one would never regret.
